After the shocking news that the evil canadans have NOT been bugging coins given to US defense contractors, I am further shaken by the news that 79 percent of Americans miss the point entirely. I agree wholeheartedly… the true danger Canada poses lies in their desire to gather shiny collectibles… masked by their straightforward affability. Your coins will be next.

There really need to be more awesome people like Ron Goldspink in the world. People should take him up on more of his invitations, it sounds like a good time over there. I found it amusing that the only organization not to reply were the Tampa Bay Bucs, who threatened my old college with legal action for using a Pirate image (granted it was a mirrored image of what they use, but I believe the college used it first). The president of my college challenged them on live TV to a game to determine the fate of the logo. This was ballsy as we were 0-13 at that time. They did not reply.
Switching to people who DO reply to insane mail, this rejection of a Barbie head by the paleontology division of the Smithsonian proves that humor yet lives in this world. My favorite part: “The cranial capacity of the specimen is approximately 9 cubic centimeters, well below the threshold of even the earliest identified proto-hominids.” All Barbie has to do to function is call Ken and swipe the credit card… the intelligensia are, like, so demanding. Jeeeez guys.
If dogs and cats living together is a bad sign, what does a cat snuggling with a rat portend? Yea, the end time is near.
I’m on vacation next week, but I can tell that my brain’s already hopped an early flight… I’ve just got to hold it together another day! What’s left of me can’t bear to be clever, so I’ll just deliver the goods: this guy can undress in two seconds.

Despite hating the world, I chuckled at least twice at the Colbert green screen challenge DDR entry. That song sums up every japanese techno song I’ve ever heard, which also sums up every techno song I’ve ever heard.
In a reaffirmation of my monastic celibacy, I’ve been on the sidelines of several inevitable spats between friends/coworkers and their significant others. I’m not sure what kicked this off… it’s like spring has made everyone a little loopy. So I was in a perfect frame of mind to enjoy this very clever 64 steps to break up with your GF video. Another great vid from the same guy is about sitting masculine. This video is basically my life story… at a young age I was taunted as a member of the “cross your legs club” for not following these ironclad rules (by a girl, no less). Luckily I was good at sports so nobody took it out on me physically.

OK, eagles were pretty cool on Monday, but I have to say… what have they done since then? Not much. Clearly the eagle plan was a bit shortsighted. So we have a new animal of the week: Sloths, sloths, sloths!

I know I’m getting punch-drunk at work when I start posting kraaaaaazy pictures of cats, but I laughed really hard at these during a day where to any outside observer I would otherwise appear to be a card-carrying member of the borg collective. It’s been a rough one. Cats! HAHA!
Also, I have learned an important life lesson through the stupidity of others: putting 1 foot stub wings on a friggin’ Lincoln is does not achieve sufficient aerodynamicness to jump a goddam river. I am not sure what I am most amazed by… the yellow jumpsuit, the fantastic organ soundtrack, or the fact that this guy actually lived.
Anyone out there ever play Kingdom Hearts 2 or Resident Evil 4? I have, and so has MC Chris, the voice of MC Pee Pants on Aqua Teen Hunger Force. His comparison of the two games is the funniest thing I’ve seen in a week. The president’s daughters been kidnapped! IT’S UP TO US!
